People and AI assistants, working in the same record

Your AI assistants and your teammates aren’t in separate tools passing tickets back and forth. They work in one shared record. The assistant moves the routine work forward and keeps it current and attributed; you make the calls only a person should make.

Turn on guest checkout for all storefronts?

The assistant built the guest-checkout path and ran it end to end against test orders. Flipping it on for every store is the human call. Account checkout keeps working as it does now, and turning guest checkout back off is one switch.

One record

One item, shown the way each reads best

A person and an assistant look at the same item and see what they each need.

When guest checkout is ready to turn on, you see a clear decision: approve it or hold it. Your assistant sees that same item with everything it’s connected to — the decision behind it, the work that built it, the question that first raised it. The assistant drafts and tidies and keeps the links current. You decide.

Every action is attributed

Nothing happens anonymously, and nothing happens off the record.

An assistant has its own identity that belongs to a person, so its work is recorded on behalf of that person — never pretending to be the human. While someone or an assistant is working an item, it’s held for them, so two sessions don’t step on each other. When the work is done, the hold is released.

  • Assistants act under a person-owned identity
  • Work is recorded on behalf of a person
  • An item is held while it’s in progress
Human calls

The human calls reach a human

A judgment call goes to a person, not to an assistant.

Routine work the assistant can do is a task. A call that needs judgment is an open question or a decision waiting for approval, and it routes to the person it belongs to. An assistant running on its own will never quietly decide a human call, even when it’s near the top of the list. The decision arrives ready, with the evidence already in front of you and one switch to undo it.

Spend judgment where it counts

Judgment is the scarce thing, so Spor spends it carefully — the assistant does the legwork, you make the calls. Request access to put it in front of your team.
